Prizm Power Yoga II introduces advanced transitions and postures for the more experienced yoga practitioner. This class focuses on fluid movements, dynamic postures, and challenging sequences.

Prizm Express is a 45-minute Prizm Power Yoga II class designed to get you in, get you energized, and get you going for the rest of your day.

PRIZM RESTORE/YIN

Prizm Restore/Yin is designed to rejuvenate the body and calm the nervous system. Utilizing specific postures and stretching, connective tissues are targeted to increase flexibility, alleviate tension, and promote a full-body recovery.

Prizm Fusion blends our signature Prizm Power Yoga class and Prizm Restore/Yin. This amazing hybrid combo class consists of 30 minutes of yoga flow followed by 30 minutes of  relaxing Restore/Yin.

Prizm Burn is a highly structured class targeted to strengthen muscles, increase balance and flexibility while promoting a detoxifying sweat. This class consists of a series of unique postures practiced in a room with increased heat and humidity.

PRIZM BUFF

Prizm Buff is a bootcamp style class, utilizing dumbells, medicine balls, TRX, ab dolly’s, and more! This cross training workout will strengthen your body, increase your metabolic activity, and build your cardiovascular endurance.

PRIZM SPARK

Prizm Spark is a high energy, high intensity interval training (HIIT) class that torches calories and burns fat. This fast pace class will increase your endurance, improve your cardiovascular health, and push you to your limits!
