Throughout the 200-hour Prizm Yoga teacher training, trainees will have the opportunity to gain knowledge in body alignment, anatomy and physiology, yoga history and philosophy in addition to learning the skills of how to teach a fun, safe, and effective yoga class.

Upon completion, trainees are eligible to register with the Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour certified yoga instructor!

yoga Instructor Accreditation

Our yoga instructor certification is accredited by Yoga Alliance, the organization responsible for maintaining the integrity and consistency of yoga training throughout the world. TEACHER TRAINING F.A.Q.’S

What days are the trainings held?

Trainings are held every Wednesday (5:00pm-8:00pm) and every other Saturday & Sunday (8:00am-3:00pm) for thirteen (13) weeks.

What is the cost of the program?

Member early-bird rate = $2,180.00 (regular rate = $2,280.00)

Non-member early-bird rate = $2,750.00 (regular rate = $2,850.00)

I have a full time job - can I still fit this into my schedule?

Yes, we understand enrolling in teacher training is a commitment and you are not alone. We’ll work with you and your schedule to ensure you feel set up for success during the training.

What happens if I miss a day or weekend?

You are strongly advised to attend all sessions. But we understand that this is a significant commitment and life happens! If you miss something, you will be required to make up the missed material by taking a private session with one of the leads for an additional cost and/or completing homework. If you miss less than 20 hours over the course of your training, you may still graduate with your class. If you miss more than 20 hours, you may need to complete coursework in a future training.

Do I have to be an advanced yoga student to take the training?

No, not at all! Our training is about diving deeper into the study and practice of yoga. Anyone interested in learning more about yoga will get a lot of value from this experience.
