Build your yoga foundation and focus on alignment, postures and breath. Ideal for beginners.

BEGINNER / UNHEATED / 60 MINUTES

Prizm Restore/Yin

Rejuvenate your body and calm your nervous system. This slow, targeted class helps release tight fascia tissue to increase flexibility, alleviate tension and promote full-body recovery. Ideal for runners, weight lifters, cross trainers and anyone else who has joints they’d like to use for a long time.

BEGINNER / UNHEATED / 75 MINUTES

Prizm Fuzion

This sensuous hybrid combo class starts with 30 minutes of PRIZM POWER YOGA I and ends with 30 minutes of PRIZM RESTORE/YIN. Whoever said you can’t have the best of both worlds hasn’t taken this class! Ideal for yogis who want to get their heart rate up and get deep connective tissue release in just 1 hour.

BEGINNER / SLIGHTLY HEATED / 60 MINUTES

Prizm Burn

Detoxify your body as you strengthen your muscles, improve your balance and increase your flexibility in this highly structured class. Ideal for masochists yogis and fitness enthusiasts who enjoy structured classes and aren’t afraid to detox through sweat. (We hear it’s a good hangover cure, too…)

Intermediate Yoga Classes

Prizm Power Yoga II

Master advanced transitions and focus on fluid movements (aka flow), dynamic postures and more challenging sequences. Ideal for fitness enthusiasts and intermediate yogis who don’t mind sweating and enjoy a post-workout endorphin rush.

INTERMEDIATE / HEATED / ADDED HUMIDITY / 60 MINUTES

Prizm Express

Like PRIZM POWER YOGA II, except in 45-minutes. Ideal for you if you need to get in, get energized and get going to the rest of your day.
