When you engage in both strength-training and yoga, you’ll prevent injury and notice quicker overall gains in strength and flexibility.

I can help you find the ‘fun’ in exercise again. If you’re a runner or triathlete, I have fun supplemental workouts to help you improve your flexibility and strength, while focusing on other muscle groups that you may not be training within your sport.
